SILVER SPRING, MD. – August 7, 2025 – The 2025 Urban One Summit wrapped last month in Atlanta, marking three dynamic days of culture-shaping conversations, exclusive performances, and high-level industry networking. From curated strategy sessions to showcases, the invite-only experience reinforced its place as a leading force in connecting music, media, and marketing.
Hosted by Urban One, the largest Black owned media company, the summit brought together some of the most influential voices in entertainment – including artists, producers, managers, media executives, and brand leaders – to align on the future of content and culture. Programming spanned across some of Atlanta’s most iconic venues, creating an immersive backdrop for discovery, innovation, and deal-making.
“This summit is where music meets media power,” said Colby Tyner, SVP of Programming for Urban One and the event’s organizer. “We created a space that not only celebrated talent but helped shape how we, as an industry, connect with audiences in more meaningful ways. The ideas and energy exchanged here will drive the culture forward.”
